Do we need our own data science team to work with you?
No. Most of our clients don't have one. We handle the data audit, model selection, and integration ourselves, and leave your team with documentation they can maintain going forward.
What if our data isn't clean or organized yet?
That's normal, not a blocker. Part of the discovery phase is assessing what you have and what needs cleaning up first — sometimes that data work becomes the first deliverable on its own.
Should we build a custom model or use an existing LLM?
It depends on the problem, not on which option sounds more impressive. Off-the-shelf LLMs are usually faster and cheaper for language tasks; a custom model earns its cost when you need domain-specific accuracy an LLM can't reach on its own. We'll tell you honestly which one fits.
How long does an AI feature take to go live?
A proof of concept typically takes two to four weeks. Getting from there to a production-ready feature depends on integration complexity, but most projects ship within two to three months.
